AMG is an experienced and respected provider of construction services in California, Nevada, and Arizona. We oversee projects ranging from small interior renovations to some of the most recognizable architectural landmarks throughout the regions we serve.

Acquisition & Management

AMG has been acquiring, managing, and developing a diverse real estate portfolio for our firm and for our clients since 1983.

We continuously focus on achieving above market rents, and controlling variable costs such as maintenance, gardening and pool costs while maintaining properties in exceptionally good shape. With over 30 years of real estate development experience, AMG has become a comprehensive real estate development company. We develop, build, lease, own, and manage over five million square feet of commercial, industrial, educational, and residential properties in the Western United States area.
